Focus on the value of identifying work preferences, strengths, weaknesses, and individual personalities through assessment reviews. MBTI, DiSC, ThinkingStyles and WorkStyles will be evaluated.

Create bonds, develop interpersonal relationships and improve communication through the use of relational and personal history questionnaires and team-building exercises.
